Delivery Policy

We deliver to every area offered at checkout. If your address isn't listed, contact us and we will see what we can do.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Custom-made and pre-order items take the time stated on their product page.

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes:

• Cairo and Giza: 2–4 business days
• Other governorates: 3–7 business days

These are estimates. Public holidays, weather and courier delays can occasionally add time.

Delivery fees depend on your address and are shown at checkout before you pay. Free-delivery offers are applied automatically when your order qualifies.

Where cash on delivery is offered, please have the amount ready when the courier arrives.

We will let you know when your order ships. You can check its status at any time on our order tracking page.

The courier will call you before delivering. If they can't reach you after two attempts, the order may come back to us and a redelivery fee may apply.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, tell us within 48 hours; our Refund Policy explains what happens next.
